What does this hack do?

I am confused as to what this hack does...I activated it at title screen, but it seems like this hack prevents you from buying those 3 titanium strongboxes at the store. Also, the boxes that I get from missions don't give black gears as well....
I am sure many others are confused also...can somebody please explain this hack?

the hack work fine, you need active ( random black + wide choice of gear ) and that its all.

nha u only get banned if u are low lvl using a lvl 100 weapon full maxed is comon sense :S
The hack is so good that I want to make a dummy just to use them all without worry...

It is a great hack,
But be careful, do not use high level weapon/armor when you are at low level(I think using the gear ~10level higher than your current level is ok)
It seems to be missing titan armor...
EDIT: Not actually, just seems to be rare.
Also, the first weapon I unbox is HIKS M1000.
Federation top zombie killer in a not-so-legit way. Inventor of the holy hand antidode that instantly kills zombies and any spawns. IGN: ZombieKillSpree2, although that won't be the player you see, but its the kong profile I operate from.
It seems to be missing titan armor...
Try to also apply force Armor Box (deselect force weapon) hack, cuz now you will only get armor gears, so your chance of getting titan should increase :D

Sometimes, it won't save the gun on your account if you're fast enough.
