Chat Won't work for me

So i have had a problem with chat these past couple of days and i don't have a single clue what is up with it. When i go to chat it connects then goes immediately to a grey screen and that's it. So is it just me? Some help would be great ;D

I also can't connect to the chat and tried using PSI but still couldn't connect.
