We have recently been made aware that the services hosted by "konghack.com" are in violation of digitalocean.com's terms and conditions section 8.3 https://digitalocean.net/terms/ by distributing the source code of Ninja Kiwi's game, Fortress Destroyer
http://www.ninjakiwi.com/Games/Action/Fortress-Destroyer.html , without our consent. Could you please force then to remove the thread.

Go fuck yourselves. You cited 8.3 of DigitalOcean's terms and conditions as the reason for removal. Why don't you read the clause in it's entirety?
[8.3] Content You Provide. You may only submit Content to the Websites or in connection with the Services that you have the right to submit. This means that you can only submit Content that you yourself create, that is in the public domain or that you have been expressly granted the right to submit consistent with the Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, Content that infringes the rights of any third party (e.g., Content used without express permission of the copyright owner and not otherwise permitted by law) must not be submitted. You represent, warrant and agree that no Content of any kind submitted, posted or otherwise shared by you on or through any of the Websites or Services, violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights, or contains libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. Further, you represent, warrant and agree not to submit any personally identifiable information, including any Content containing personally identifiable information, about any person who is under 13 years of age. Digital Ocean may, but is not obligated to, review your submissions and may delete or remove (without notice) any Content in its sole discretion that Digital Ocean determines violates the Terms or that may be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of others. It's like the bible. You can't pick and choose what applies whenever you feel like it. Besides, you didn't cite OUR terms of service.
10. Membership
If you are in any way affiliated with a company that produces, manufactures, distributes, or is involved with the production, manufacturing, or distribution processes of video games, both physical and digital, you are not allowed to create an account on our site. Doing so is an infringement of our terms of service and is a punishable offense. If you have a problem with content on our website, contact an administrator directly. Thanks for being a fucking douche bag and not contacting us. :D
