all the intems that i found are on x8+6 but i cant freeze them or change them looks that they are server sided or conected to shield points and silver
You can get overkill by using cheatengine and scan the enemy health and change it to (minus his health) and in pvp max points 16 by overkill all enemy changing the health to minus example 24550 to  -24550 instant death  

What's Voltagg's new e-iso and do you buy it at the store or is it a quest thing?

He starts with 13 stacks of Well Fed. Each stack increases his damage. Slap on his Voracious e-iso and starts out with 14 stacks on his first turn, meaning his L9 will hit for 100k+ easily even without and debuffs. Slap some bleeding and paragon debuffs on the target and he will 1shot anyone. And I mean _anyone_. If he hits.

The catch is that each stack of Well Fed also increases his chance to miss. So you need to load him up on accuracy isos and slap a 
Focused a-iso on his L9 for extra chance to hit. Alternatively, bring along a hero or agent gear that can put Targeted debuff on the enemy, or other similar debuffs that guarantees a hit.

Also I highly suggest that people dust off Moonstone, get his new E-iso and his A-iso for L1, and pair him up with a bleeder. It will blow your mind just how much damage he does right off the bat. He's a wrecking ball now. But sadly still squishy as fuck.

I decided to try and change the drop from 20 to 1,000 and then tried 99, then 200.  I found the loot # in ce.swf.  But the battle loads to 100% and then stopes even with break points.  Has anyone else tried to increase the # of items.

yup, lots of ways. Even if you manage to generate iinfinite drops, it will cve at the end. If you get rid of the cve, it doesn't keep the items.

If you were looking at maxlootdrop, try changing the increment to decrement or noop, and seeing the effect.

I changed item drop to 0 same thing the battle gets to 100% and then stops.  I even tried changing the protected var to public var, and the game wouldnt start.  So I guess the most we can get is 20.  Makes for much more work to get ISO for up coming SO.
