Actually, you can't now a least, because the Kongregate Badge Hack(KBH) isn't working at the moment.
I found an easy way to win this
Find the money which is 1*
Wait until cure is completed
Do a few states with the vacine
Find the people immune 1*
change that number to whatever works for the current level, I think 900,000,000 is standard for most games
When you start a new level just reset the people immune to whatever number = 75%+ immune and you auto-win
Do this, or start a level, 1* scan for people dead, and people infected, and make both 0, and lock them.

This is the folders in the "Chat.kongregate.com" folder.

To find the .sol file location, you can also mouse over the "Add to Favorites" button as well. It saves you from making a trip all the way to the bottom of the page. I know, I know, but I'm pretty lazy.
