Refreshing is the slowest way to do it.
With Charles a fast internet can only help a little bit, since the server only responds do one request at a time and all next others that arrive too soon will receive the same repeated response.
It's still the fastest method but you need to set concurrency to 1. More than that is just useless.
If you want to speed it up, use Mini Mouse Macro alongside Charles, to keep clicking the PURCHASE and PLAY buttons alternatingly, so the client sends additional requests to update the data. Again, not too fast, otherwise the game will pack too many commands on a single request and the server will ignore it. I use a 1000ms delay (1 second) to play safe.

use brandons trainer, it has a 5x speedhack in it that does wonders, im so addicted to it i dont know how i will play without it when they eventually patch it, lol!

the speedhack in brandon's trainer is just cheat engine's.

Just look at the av results "HackTool.CheatEngine". It's nothing to be worried about.

i use it daily, and if you read the post it is a false positive
